On the win and bouncing back quickly: Very nice to bounce back, says South African skipper, Bjorn Fortuin. Obviously, with a quick turnaround, there wasn’t a lot of time to sort of dwell on the losses and the areas that we could have improved on.
But it was wonderful to be out there again and to see the boys getting better. They (Maphaka and Bosch) certainly did a great job on their own. I believed they were able to read the conditions right and fine-tuned their skill set. I’m very proud of how they came into the side and how they affected not only myself, but the impact that they had on you today.

So, it’s unbelievable that On Brevis does that. Probably one of the best hitters of a cricket ball that I’ve seen in a very long time! Hopefully I will still be able to stay on his team, and hopefully I don’t play him that much. Sikandar Raza | Zimbabwe captain: When we were batting, I thought we must have been a bit down by maybe 15 runs, it was down to the middle order batting. But when they came out and the way they batted, I don’t think so 15 more runs could have made a difference. They were given a flying start by Openers Herman & Pretorius before Dewald Brevis took over where he left yesterday. He hit his first ball towards six and made his point. Brevis knocked out 6 sixes in a fantastic 32-ball 75, and made easy work of the chase to propel South Africa to their first points of the series.
